Modern Languages

Apart from their subject-related educational value, our 3D models and immersive environments can also be used for the teaching of modern languages.
We have a number of assets ranging from simple pictures and basic shapes to more detailed full environments. This allows for instruction to all levels and abilities.
Currently our learning content consists of 10,000 English words that describe and explain the items of our curriculum. The content is available in 7 languages:

- Arabic
- Chinese
- English
- Russian
- Spanish
- Welsh
The multilingual interactivity of the software allows the user to change the featured language with the simple click of a button.
Gaia 3D supports the input of audio files that teach students to pronounce the objects on screen in the desired language. It also allows the teacher to change the words that appear next to the object so students are able to learn by visual and verbal methods.
These features have been designed as simple files in a directory, allowing the teacher to replace the original file with their own recordings in the appropriate language. This will allow the whole area to be completely customized by the teacher. Thus, if we provide a French environment, a German teacher would easily be able to convert the whole exercise to the desired language.
We have an extensive library of 3D content and we
are constantly creating more. All content is syllabus
specific and we have a team working closely with
schools and academies to develop new and bespoke
lessons tailored specifically to individual school needs.
Each lesson can be enhanced by the teacher with the
capability to quickly and easily embed external videos
and images directly into the lessons provided. All new
content is immediately accessible and shared between
schools—giving you access to a constantly expanding
collection of 3D models.
