Periodic Table

We have a fully interactive periodic table which can be interrogated in a number of different ways. Children can discover basic facts on any element detailing its structure, where the name derived from, who discovered the element as well as sources and uses of the element. In addition to this information, for each element there is a model of its atomic structure accompanied by a model of the associated crystalline structure. The table also demonstrates and provides information on the different groups within the table from inert metals to transition metals. This is only a sample of the content available.

Chemistry looks at complex scientific concepts that may become tedious to study with the wrong approach. The curriculum must be detailed while finding creative ways to illustrate the subject matter and engage students. This problem is easily solved with Gaia’s 3D Visual Learning Solution, as students are able to explore and investigate the difficult subject matter at their own pace.
